Darwin’s Smith Hotel set for conversion and rebrand under Trilogy, Marriott deal

Marriott International and Trilogy Hotels have partnered for the first time under an agreement with Darwin-based developer DCOH to convert the Smith Hotel Darwin to a Courtyard by Marriott. The property at 81 Smith Street will rebrand to Courtyard by Mariott Darwin in the first quarter of 2025 when the first phase of an extensive renovation is complete, marking Marriott Internationals first property in the Northern Territory.
