The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne names new GM The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne has welcomed seasoned hotelier Rachael Harman as the hotel’s new General Manager. Her first General Manager role was at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu in 2016, followed by Le Meridien Singapore, Sentosa in 2019.
